The program

The Whole Woman Reset is an educational wellness and coaching program provided by Fredricka Davis & Co. Your purchase includes digital materials, recorded trainings, live online coaching and Q&A sessions, practical tools and access to the program’s private community and continued support period according to the package you purchased.

Educational purpose

This program provides education, coaching, wellness information and general support. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether the nutrition, movement, stress-management and wellness practices discussed in the program are appropriate for you. Speak with your healthcare provider before making changes that could affect a medical condition, medication, treatment plan, pregnancy or physical limitation.

Results

Results vary and depend on many personal factors, including your participation and circumstances. No specific health, weight, financial, business or personal result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program price. The payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription. All scheduled payments remain due, even if you do not attend, complete the program or use all the materials.

Digital access and refunds

Your purchase includes immediate access to digital program materials. Because these materials are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, your purchase becomes final and nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law.

Eligible European Union customers may have additional legal withdrawal rights. If an eligible customer requests immediate access and accepts the digital-content waiver at checkout, the right to withdraw from the digital portion of the purchase may end once access begins. Nothing in these terms takes away consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Live sessions and replays

Some live teaching, coaching and Q&A sessions may be recorded and shared privately with current participants. You will be notified when a session is being recorded. If you speak, appear on camera or post something on screen, your name, voice, image or comments may appear in the private replay.

You may keep your camera off, change your displayed name, submit questions privately or watch the replay instead of attending a recorded session.

Recordings will not be used publicly for advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission.

Participant privacy

You agree to respect the privacy of other participants. You may not record, photograph, copy, download or publicly share another participant’s name, image, comments, personal information or story without that person’s permission.

Fredricka Davis & Co. will take reasonable steps to maintain a respectful and private program environment but cannot guarantee the actions of every participant.

Program materials

Program videos, recordings, workbooks, downloads and other materials are for the purchaser’s personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, resold, published or distributed without written permission from Fredricka Davis & Co.

Program changes

Reasonable changes may be made to session dates, delivery methods, instructors or program materials when needed. Participants will be notified of significant schedule changes.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and the separately displayed Refund, Cancellation and Payment Policy.

REFUND, CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

If you choose a payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the full program price. The payment plan is not a cancel-anytime subscription. All scheduled payments remain due, even if you do not attend the live sessions, complete the program or use all the materials.

If a payment is declined, we may retry the payment method on file and contact you to update your payment information. Program access may be paused until the payment is brought up to date.
